Pad PTFE pipelines and pipeparts

    Fluorine plastic pipelines、elbows、fourroutes、inspect-lens、meter tie-ins、differ dia. pipes、access chlorin pipes of F4(add liquid pipes)

1、Inspect-lens

    Use it to observe the flux of cell hydro-、the change of colour and lustre inside of pipeline or equipment, surveil of chemical craft flow firsthand, working temperature≤150℃, working tension≤1.5 Mpa.

2、Access chlorin pipe of F4(add liquid pipe)

    The product have form of interior circle exterior、exterior circle interior、whole PTFE. Advice the custmers to proofread equipment or reaction feed-in pipe innerpath, feed-in units time flux to confirm outerpath and virtual innerpath of adding liquid pipe.

3、Using request of steel pipe、flange of pad PTFE pipeline Inside、pipeparts

    1、Pipeline adopt no slot steel pipe of state criterion, because of craft request,the virtual channels of pipe padding inside less than DN of steel pipe

    2、Flange can base of custmers’ request to according state criterion of HG、GB、JB、ANSI、JIS、BS、DIN to smithing also can confirm by pact, because of machining craft of airproof-side, so advice to choose flat weld flange of board form、neck form. Airproof-sides are all planar airproof form,in order to install pipeline, we can afford volitant flange of flat welding

4、 Testing、proving and using bound of pading PTFE Inside lining

    1、Pipelines and pipeparts are all put to hydraulic pressure test to design in 1.5 multiple

    2、All relate to pad PTFE inside lining after hydraulic pressure test, put up to whole prove 100%,its’ test way of leak dot adopt electricity-spark to test

    3、Using bound

     a.Using temperature:-20℃～200℃；

     b.Using tension:≤2.5Mpa；

     c.Allow negative tension：DN≤250mm as -0.09Mpa、DN＞250mm as -0.08Mpa

Pad PO[PE] pipeline and pipeparts

    1．Use import high-powered stuff and logical formulation, adopt international advanced heat-roll-pad craft to integrate plastic and steel melt, so that whole prevent canker lining have trait thereinafter

     a. No joint、resist concussion、resist aging、 resist positive or negative tension. Exterior smooth、any form steelparts all can pad inside or outside

     b. Universal temperature：-60～100℃

     c. Universal tension：-0.07Mpa～2.5Mpa

    2.The bound in point: widely used in field of chemical-industry、electric power、smelt、pharmacy、deli.、entironment protect、plating etc. except for 95% upwards vitriol、oil of vitriol, abio-acid、organic acid 、lye- salt of diversified chroma all jarless, It’s the perfect rotproof stuff to replace of latex、porcelain enamel、stainless steel、glass steel、plastic board(pipe) pad lining.

Befor using maintenance and notice things

    1、Not to leave long time hypaethral、shun solarization、drench、shun strike acutely、multilayer stack heavy to pile

    2、Utterly not to scrape、 skive 、pull、scratch or butt with hard thing at airproof-side
